Add tests to ensure yaml files in /scripts do not get broken #569

All yaml files in scripts/autoencoder_exemple/ were broken. It might be the case for other templates.

Work can be divided as :

scripts/autoencoder_example/
scripts/icml_2013_wrepl/
scripts/papers/jia_huang_wkshp_11
scripts/papers/maxout (see Update tests for scripts/papers/maxout #1524)
scripts/tutorials/ (current unit tests there might diverge from tutorial and ultimately silently break)
scripts/.
