I have only just setup plexWatch, and I recieved the email below warning of an error.

Use of uninitialized value in printf at /opt/plexWatch/plexWatch.pl line 303.

    * Available Sections:

    ID    Title                Type       Path
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
    2     Movies               movie      /media/Video/Movies
    4     Kids Movies          movie      /media/Video/Kids-Movies
    3     Kids TV Shows        show
    1     TV Shows             show       /media/TVSeries

    * Usage:

    All Movie Sections    : /opt/plexWatch/plexWatch.pl --recently_added=movie
    All Movie/TV Sections : /opt/plexWatch/plexWatch.pl --recently_added=movie,show
    Specific Section(s)   : /opt/plexWatch/plexWatch.pl --recently_added --id=# --id=#

EDIT:
I have observed that the path for Kids TV Shows is missing from the email above and that this is the only category that has multiple folders associated to it.
I hope that helps locate the bug.
