IEK - Image Effect kit

Drupal 8 module - Provides some image effects to be used on an image styles.

This module is an initial Drupal 8 port of Image Effect kit module.

It includes the following effects

IEK - Border: Add border to an image (ported)
IEK - Corner: Add rounded corner to an image (ported)
IEK - Padding: Add padding to an image (ported)
IEK - Resize: Resize an image with blank margin and positioning (ported)
IEK - Watermark: Watermark an image with a text (ported)
IEK - Overlay: Apply an overlay to an image (ported)
IEK - Filter: Apply a filter to an image (ported)
