[BUG] Multiple markers occasiionally overlap with each other #514

Expected Behavior

Markers evenly spaced.

Current Behaviour

As shown in the screen capture, the two markers on the left overlapped with each other while the two on the right were properly displayed.

Reproducible Example

Environment

- OS: macOS 14.6.1
- Library:2.1
