The var artemis_repo_basepath has a misleading name #60

The name indicates that it is the base path for the repositories, but it actually is the base path for all everything that artemis stores (repos, file-upload, exports, etc)
We should consider renaming and/or adding a comment to this. If we rename it then we should keep the old var as a deprecated value, so that it is not a breaking change.
