There should be a set of new keycloak roles that is used in user inputs

admin
- This role has all permissions and can see everything
advisor
- Users with this role can be selected as advisor
- Users with this role can create topics
supervisor
- Users with this role can be selected as supervisor
thesis
- Users with this role are currently writing a thesis at the chair

Every other user in the system is considered as student
