Should we include todonotes package as default?

It seems pretty good with the settings textsize=tiny and textwidth=20mm. But I think the margin should be increased, which is not good for default. Therefore, an edition mode could be used, inside an if statement. In that mode, we could change the settings to help the edition and the supervisor's suggestions.
