Laser beams compact sprites not visible

When loaded some level from configutation menu there are no laser beams compact sprites visible, when mision is aborted & run again there is no issue anymore.

Strange, I must have thought I completed it - but maybe I closed the wrong issue. Ok, I will keep this open for now until I figure out what happened.

Ok, if it is a regression than that makes more sense. Annoying, but it at least means I'm not going crazy. :)-
