Node.js 10.x runtime end of support

Hello,

The Node.js 10.x runtime is entering end of support on July 30, 2021. Are there any plans to update the runtime?

Looks like someone created a similar copy of lambda-janitor on AWS Market place:
https://serverlessrepo.aws.amazon.com/applications/ap-northeast-1/987356960888/lambda-janitor

The application page has exact same contents as lambda-janitor, but the ARN and account id is different.
If you click on deploy and analyze the template, it shows runtime Nodejs 14.x
