Installing this module on Windows via luarocks requires you

to install VC++ compilers
and Windows 10 SDK for VS,
run luarocks install luafilesystem from a special terminal, Visual Studio's Developer Command Prompt with administrator rights, in 32-bit mode.

Neither of these is documented. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out how I can install it.
