Rule phpdoc_summary

PHPDoc summary should end in either a full stop, exclamation mark, or question mark.

Rule sets

The rule is part of the following rule sets:

@PhpCsFixer

Using the @PhpCsFixer rule set will enable the phpdoc_summary rule.
