Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
python scripts for converting files require external packages that usually need to be installed by pip

Describe the solution you'd like
a requirements.txt that can be used with venv and pip to install required python modules

Describe alternatives you've considered
assuming users can see the ModuleImportErrors and know how to build a venv for themselves
