For example:
Each method must have a doc block. See Macopedia\Allegro\Api\Data\Sales\Order\PickupPointExtensionAttributesInterface::getPointId()

But you have more issues regarding web api

(magento/vendor/macopedia/magento2-allegro/Api/Data/Sales/Order/PickupPointExtensionAttributesInterface.php)

Hi @JanuszWitrykus if you have solution for this issue please create pull request with changes and it will be merged to core.
