Custom List Block

Hi,

How can I create a custom list block? I want the same functionality as the default one but just change the name and icon.

I found the block here:

How hard would it be to transform this code into a custom block so I can duplicate it and change name. I need a couple of different list blocks that are basically just a regular list block but with a different name.
