Broadly IRIS-HEP and general trying to poke madminer into an updated use state.

It seems that neither I have permissions to add you as a collaborator, nor the Madminer project exists within the Test PyPi registry. If I remember correctly, it was either Johann or Felix who added me as a project collaborator back in the day.
