Change path for websocket/static web folder

It would be best to be able to define where the static web folder is.
This would allows to put the webfolder in a shared folder for backup or sync it between multiples instances.

By default, the websocket is located at http://example.org/ws, we could obfuscate the websocket would be by using an hash as a url. ex: http://example.org/qd32ksodujk
