Hello, the file env.yml specifies dependencies for this project. But I think it will be better to specify their versions together because conda/pip will install the newest package by default which may cause problems if some packages change their APIs over time. Can you provide the dependencies versions you used when testing CLAM? Thanks.

I dont know but it seems that conda installed a wrong version of h5py for me ...
What's your version of h5py? Does it work?

My h5py version is 3.12.1, it seems to work but I can't be sure.
