Update log files in main

@maia-sh we still need to update the log files with the November update, right? We're going to have to add that directly in main. Unfortunately we didn't do it for our release 1.1.

Hi @maia-sh 👋 I just got myself very confused looking at log files of our dashboard paper release until I realised we still had this open issue. Agree on doing this? We had settled on changing the log files directly in main to avoid a mess when merging.
