@major-s suggests the publication for NCT00627094 should be 10.1111/j.1524-475X.2012.00844.x (NCT00808236 and NCT00627094 both list 10.1161/circulationaha.109.931691)

has_german_umc_lead is not re-calculated in intovalue-data so changes to lead_cities are not reflected, for example "NCT01338922", see code

timely results should use <= rather than <, see [code](https://github.com/maia-sh/intovalue-data/blob/main/scripts/14_prepare-trials.R#L214-L222
