Disabling **Allow anyone to sign up even without an invite** still triggers the sign up process.

I am running a self hosted community edition of Plane on AWS.

I have this option turned off

Allow anyone to sign up even without an invite
Toggling this off will only let users sign up when they are invited.

However, users are still able to start the sign up process, receive the OTPs, and proceed with Google sign in.

The setting effectively doesn't allow sign ups, but the flow should ideally not be triggered. Is my configuration off, or this needs to be addressed at some point?
