[bug]: Cannot upload .zip files.

Current behavior

In fact, both the web version and the self-hosted version have the same issue. The previous version, V.0.22.0, allowed uploading .zip files.

Steps to reproduce

Initially, I thought it was just an issue with the self-hosted version, but I tried the free version on the registration page, and the same issue persists.
