scad output unknown module insets_45

When I slice this model, with default config, on OSX 10.7.3: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/640510/Fab/skeinforge_bug.stl

And open the scad output. OpenSCAD complains:

WARNING: Ignoring unknown module 'insets_45'.

And does not display the infill.

When writting the scad file, the program is overestimating the number of layers. You can ignore the warning for now (you are not missing any real layers) but this needs to be fixed.

I'm curious what the point of the scad file is anyway? It's pretty unusable for anything but the most basic models because it just overloads openscad.
