增加游戏管理员/QQ中经过赋予权限的用户在QQ端管理游戏的功能。如在QQ内确认游戏中发起的备份/回档请求、ban/kick玩家、更改白名单等。

Also, add functions to allow players to get online player list or lists from other plugins (easyMark/saveload, etc.) by sending QQ messages
