Recently we've had a few issues where, on linux say, workbench wasn't launching properly with the command workbench (or mantidworkbench) from within a conda environment where it's installed.

We have a WorkbenchStartupTest but this test would be a layer back from that.

Effectively we need a test which can exactly recreate what happens when a user installs and launches workbench with conda.
