Hard to tell where cycle / pedestrian paths are. #99

Cycle/pedestrian paths disappear when zoomed out even slightly, and even zoomed in the cycle/pedestrian paths blend in with the background, and are nearly invisible in parks.

I have forked a new "theme" off of this project. I call it OSM Dark. Cycle paths are now much more visible and the color is totally changed.
