How to add sub-items ?

Hi,
I don’t find how to add « sub-item » of a database row.

Here is an exemple. I want, using notion-sdk-php add a row (ex « 04 Nov » ) then add sub-items (« Température and Consommation » in this exemple)
No problems with the row but how add the sub-items ?
