Fill empty cryobox slots

As a laboratory assistant for sentinel entries
I want reassign cryobox slots of deleted items
So that I do not have unused space on the cryostorage

Acceptance Criteria

• When a new cryobox slot is picked then potential gaps on not fully used cryoboxes are taken into account
• Cryobox slots for future sentinel entries are assigned a box slot once they are put to storage and not when created by sentinel network participants

@MaxAldejohann please take a look at this Excel sheet. I created a function on the database to find the free cryobox slots on the current sentinel entry data. Please verify if this is correct:
