Describe the new feature

I would like to request a new feature in UniGetUI that allows users to disable automatic updates when connected to a metered network, such as mobile data.

This feature could be implemented as an option in the settings menu, enabling users to choose whether updates should be allowed when on a metered connection or restricted to Wi-Fi or unmetered networks.

Describe how this new feature could help users

Many users rely on mobile data connections that have limited bandwidth or incur additional costs based on usage.

Automatic updates in UniGetUI can consume significant data, leading to unexpected charges or rapid depletion of data allowances.

By providing an option to disable automatic updates on metered connections, users can better manage their data usage, ensuring that updates are performed only when connected to an unrestricted network.

This would enhance user control over bandwidth consumption and prevent unnecessary data expenses.
