[BUG] Uniget not finding packages/updates

Describe your issue

Uniget suddenly stopped finding any updates or packages a few days ago. When searching for a package or switching to the "Software Updates" or "Installed software" Tab, the blue "progress bar" just keeps on running endlessly.

It doesn´t coincide with any installations or configuration changes (i'm aware of at least ;) ).
There is nothing indicating any problems in the Uniget or Package Manager Log or the operation history. Winget seems to work fine, updating packages with winget upgrade -r works and i just updated uniget from 3.1.6 to 3.1.7 with winget install --exact --id MartiCliment.UniGetUI --source winget. Tried winget source update in both user and admin powershell (found in another issue), to no avail.

I tried to repair winget from the settings, which apparently succeded, but didn´t change anything. Also switching to the bundled winget had no effect..

I'm kind of at a loss on how to proceed from here or collect any hints on what could be going wrong...any input would be welcomed!
