Using as .devcontainer

Is there a possibility to use this project as .devcontainer in VS Code?
When I set a Bind Mount on /var/www/html the folder is empty, because of the higher priority of Bind Mounts.
Has somebody an idea how I could use this as development platform?
With Names Mounts everything worked fine but I can't edit the files inside.
