Support for js ^0.7.1

Any plans on when this plugin will receive support for js 0.7.1?

I have quite a few other packages that require 0.7.1 and I don't really know how I can make this plugin compatible with the newer version.

Would appreciate any help!

google_maps now has new version and once upgraded we can also upgrade js.

I'm mostly done, but an error is thrown from the google_maps library on the types accessor.
Created an issue in google_maps package: a14n/dart-google-maps#138
