Ported here from this matsci.org post by @ardunn:

As an example, here is Ag10Te4Br3 (mp-568392). The Te2- and Te- ions are merged together in the 3D model legend and are not distinguishable

@ardunn Do you have opinions what a fix should look like? Split different oxi states into separate labels? Put same-element but different oxi states into single label but make it longer to fit?
