Buenas,
He estado revisando el código, he visto que falta descomentar en ALSMusicToGo.scala la línea:
//listArtistsRecom.foreach({case (artist,rate)=> HBaseManager.saveToHBase(userid,artist,rate)} )

Intentaré echar un vistazo al código de la práctica1 y práctica2 a ver si está todo bien.
