where is the "factoryReports.csv"?

factoryReports.csv is a toy dataset we ship with Text Analytics Toolbox, e.g. you can find a copy by opening this example.

I suppose we wrote the example assuming factoryReports.csv was on the path - maybe that used to be the case, but I see it's not the case in R2023a.

I'll attach the current version dataset and it's license here for convenience.
