Did not check if this is for all actions or only some.

This looks like a regression to me as this did not used to happen.

What should happen?

No overlap. Show only the relevant tooltip

Sandbox staging for site 128 view the visits log for this year
Hover over ecommerce information.

Could be the same problem as #20624 (already happening in 4.x) in a different place. Might be a regression of the vue migration.

Anyone able to reproduce that? I'm not able to reproduce that on Windows / Chrome

Yep, for me this is still happening in Brave on MacOS.
