Change the trigger link by a button on the add tag page

Hi Team,

Currently, it is hard to identify the add a trigger link on the tag page.

Suggested solution would be to add a visible button instead.

That's a good suggestion to make a change to draw more attention to it. I'll mark it for our Product team to review.
