Error and bot enters and leaves channel on IRC.

I try to add the bot to #envy on Snoonet and receive: Could not request link. Error IRC_DOUBLE_BRIDGE: Room failed validation. You may be attempting to "double bridge" this room. Error: 2

Meanwhile the bot has been rejoining and leaving the server,

And in the chat with it, when I tell it to rejoin it just errors out.

I am new to this, and I am not sure how to fix it. TYVM

So.. I got the bot to setup the #envy channel in @_snoonet_ChanServ:matrix.org, but then it is just relaying chat to chanserv and not the DARKERMATTER matrix room. Any help would be appreciated. The other bot still cycles my #envy chan on IRC.
