Suggestion: Ignore hidden files

I found that the program processes everything in the subfolders, even those starting with dot (in my case .@__thumbs). All of them are thumbnails and don't need to be processed.

I would suggest keep the original folder structure to avoid this problem, and perhaps other problems.
