Azure OpenAI different baseurl structure

Hi!

I was curious about this tool. I notice that i'm currently unable to configure a baseurl like:
https://swedencentral.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/openai/deployments/myowngpt/chat/completions?api-version=2024-08-01-preview

I think these baseurls are new of microsoft.

I just found out that the used dependency langchain supports "azureOpenAIBasePath" which can be configured through .env file.
So i managed to get it working using:

AZURE_OPENAI_BASE_PATH=https://swedencentral.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/openai/deployments

And ofcourse also instance-name and such.
