improve outline - day 1 transition

The outline and early parts of day 01 were a little jumpy - given the uncertainty on whether user have installed packages successfully.

This could be streamlined in the future

1. Outline - Credits & Goals (the latter could be visualized - volcano, heatmap)
2. Daily overview is jargon-loaden and meaningless at this stage - but it may serve as review later in the course

The following belongs together (either as extended outline or at the beginning of day01 - but not distributed)
a. Set up project Start R-session and clone repo
b. .libPaths question
c. Rstudio snapshots and Pol 0.2 can be removed
d. from day01:Tools, Poll 1.1 , Packages, Loading
