Hi,

Issue

When attempting to refresh build status cache using expired GitHub api key authentication, the operation fails silently without any warning or error logs in the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure expired GitHub API key
  2. Try to refresh build status cache
  3. Operation fails without any feedback

Expected Behavior

  • Display error message or warning when refresh fails
  • Log the failure reason for debugging

Actual Behavior

  • Silent failure
  • No error logs or UI feedback
  • See attached screenshot

Image showing silent failure

This makes it difficult to troubleshoot the root cause, especially for users unfamiliar with the system.

Best regards,
Tom
