Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Since I'm not using the custom tabs and footnotes shortcodes I don't want it's associated custom JS to load.

Describe the solution you'd like

Introduce a configuration parameter in which I can specifiy If I intend to use the custom tabs and footnotes shortcodes. This information can then be used on build-time to determine if the JS associated with these shortcodes should be included.
