Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I scroll down the TOC is not visible any longer. In order to see it again, I have to scroll up.

Describe the solution you'd like

A sticky version of the TOC that places itself on the right/left side of the main content column once the normal TOC is not visible any longer.
