in 1.8 checkbox to activate overlay is nonclickable.

For me, when I add an overlay (using the menu option) I am able to successfully add an overlay, but when I go to click the checkbox to actually enable it. The checkbox does not respond and no matter what I do I am unable to turn on the overlay.

So I tried to debug it, installed Developer Asistant plugin. And it suddenly starts to work, even if the assistant has been disabled and then removed. Now it is works, but why?

Update:
Developer assistant has no effect.

Reproduce error:

1. Undock firebug and close firefox having firebug undocked.
2. Start firefox, open firebug (it should open in a separate window). Now PixelPerfect does not work. You can add an overlay, but eye icon and other elements are not clickable.

Fix:

1. Dock firebug, close Firefox
2. Open firefox
3. open Firebug, it is opened in Firefox window. Now Pixel pefect works as expected. You can undock window/dock window as you wish and PixelPerfect still works. But when you close Firefox with undocked Firebug then, when you starts Firefox again, the PixelPerfect stops working.
