Add Multi-Lora capability for Hunyuan video. using double-block

Feature Idea

This feature simply should replace the normal lora loader, with this version of the lora loader for hunyuan.. Setting the blocks to "double block". Great thing about this is all lora weights can be left at 1, and you don't need to mess with blending or balancing weights. Would be a great addition to SwarmUI when it comes to hunyuan production.
