Hops 0.16.20+ component not loading from CPython server

Hi Rhino.Compute Team,

I am currently seeing an issue with Hops component in version 0.16.20+ and it not successfully loading a component hosted by a CPython server.
There are no runtime errors on the Hops Component or Rhino.Compute console messages that would indicate as to the root of the issue. The CPython server received a 200 response and the Hops component successfully loads in version 0.16.19.
