Add Background.transparent

I think it would make sense to have Background.transparent instead of passing Background.color (Color.rgba 0 0 0 0).

In addition of being shorter, it might produce different result when animated/GPU rendered (background: transparent vs background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0).

Do you have an example of where this would be used?

Backgrounds default to transparent, so I'm wondering about the usecase 🤔 Are you handling something with mouseOver?
