Relax Referrer-Policy score

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

Since strict-origin-when-cross-origin is the default for some time now, it should not be bad for the score. (-5 when missing)

What did you expect to see?

Don't reduce the score when the Referrer-Policy is missing.

Sorry for the late reply, I just wanted to mention that this is under consideration but not planned. I agree this would make sense. Thank you for taking the time to file this issue, very much appreciated!
