README.pre_capistrano_tasks

- Launch Centos image from public AMI at Amazon
   - for cl_dash this was 6.2
   - I picked CentOS-6.2-vs (ami-d91dcbb0)

- Install a user 
   useradd adh -c "Andrew Hollingsworth" -u 11001 -m -s /bin/bash
   passwd adh 

- Add user to wheel group in /etc/group
   wheel:x:10:root,adh

- Remove comment for wheel group in sudoers using visudo
   %wheel  ALL=(ALL)       ALL     

- Add an ssh key in for the user in /home/<user>/.ssh/authorized_keys
   mkdir -p /home/adh/.ssh 
   chown adh.adh /home/adh/.ssh
   chmod 700 /home/adh/.ssh
   vi /home/adh/.ssh/authorized_keys
   chmod 600 /home/adh/.ssh/authorized_keys
   chown adh.adh /home/adh/.ssh/authorized_keys

- Copy in any user preferences into their home directory
   - tests scp connectivity and user functioanlity

- Login as user using ssh to check connectivity

- Run cap cl_dash:install HOSTS=hostnameofnewserver or
  cap ringsail:install HOSTS=hostnameofnewserver
