The Accusative case of "[ni/ně]čto" is "[ni/ně]čego". The current consensus is that the correct form should be "[ni/ně]čto" due to the animacy/inanimacy distinction thing (unlike "[ni/ně]kto -> [ni/ně]kogo").

Moreover, it appears to work differently from the original JvS inflection algorithm:
